I arrived at Lisbon 3 weeks ago and, besides already knowing the city, it has been a great experience so far. Getting to know a city as a tourist is always different as getting to know her as a resident. The city is gorgeous, cosmopolitan, with all the wonders (and problems) associated with the big cities over the world.
